Laws banning sagging pants are unconstitutional.

Government funding should be available to religious organizations for the purpose of performing a social good. Morality and religion absolutely should play a role in public policymaking. Law is nothing but the expression of the public morality of a polity. The question is not whether morality should play a role, but what constitutes public morality as opposed to purely private morality.

Religious beliefs are not vital to society A metaphysical underpinning to public morality/ethics is vital. Religion is the thing that has provided that underpinning in every society in recorded history, but conceivably there could be others.
African Americans should not receive reparations for slavery.
Same-sex marriage should be available for same-sex couples.

There should be no legal drinking age. Under a certain age, minors shouldn't be able to receive alcohol from anyone other than family/without parental consent.

Undocumented immigrants should be granted in-state tuition benefits. If the children of undocumented immigrants who never personally committed a crime pay in state taxes, they should receive the same benefits as other taxpayers.
The government should allow same-sex couples to adopt children.

Violence in movies does not contribute to violence in society.
There is convincing evidence that a higher being exists.
Drug sentencing laws in America are not fair.
Drugs should be legalized.

Local and state governments should not be able to use eminent domain to acquire and transfer properties that have public benefits for private uses.
