Transgender athletes should be allowed to compete in the Olympics.

But only as their genetically-defined gender, not their chosen one.

the female-to-male change would create conflict. Women trying to be men would be loaded with all kinds of testosterone and other steroids to take on  a  man's body, they'd dominate their sport(s).

It doesn't change the genetic karyotype. A man who has his penis surgically removed, breast implants placed, and hormones to feminize him is still a man.
