Man is not infallible.

There are too many examples of man's fallibility to list, but lets start with GWB.

Cell phones should not be banned in public schools.

Note the question doesn't ask whether cell phones should be banned "in the classroom". Even if there is a small chance of me or my child having an emergency at school, ANY CHANCE is big enough. I wa...

God is infallible.

Man, however, is quite fallible. Hence the reason such an un-"questionable" fact would be "subject" to opinion on this site in the first place.

Legislation should not be passed requiring Congressional approval for an attack on Iran.

Let's not get short-sighted just because we dislike the actions of the Bush Administration. Such legislation would be unconstitutional. Congress doesn't have the power to "approve" wars, or even to ...

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) should include immunity for telecom companies.

This is a double-edged sword for telecom companies. On the one hand, the Bush Administration was demanding wiretaps and the telecoms certainly would have faced serious repercussions for not complying...

There should be a foreign language requirement in public schools.

There was a foreign language requirement in my middle and high school. I assumed such was the case in most school systems. Anyway, foreign languages are a window into a different culture. The way p...
