It is not appropriate to talk on the phone while using a public restroom.
I love this! Absolutely not! It's not appropriate to talk on the phone in a private bathroom. It's only appropriate for women to talk to each other because of the social aspect for them of lipstick application, etc. for men in restrooms it's "eyes straight forward, no talking".
