Depends on your definition of immoral. If you mean by against the morals of the Bible, then clearly yes. If you mean by whatever definition I feel like for 'morals', then maybe not.

When a criminal has been convicted of a crime with NO HOPE of parole, why support them with food and clothing? They are just bodies at that point; finish the job and save the taxpayers money.
