Same-sex marriage should be available for same-sex couples. Marriage is a civil union. Religion in stirring the pot on this issue and it's time to stop it.

Minors should not be charged as adults for sex crimes. However, it depends upon the circumstances; the type of crime, age of the victim and defendant.
