The U.S. should not return to the gold standard.

Altruistic actions are not inherently motivated by self-interest. if someone feels pleasure in helping others, the pleasure might be a by-product of an altruistic action, not the reason for doing the action in the first place

There are circumstances under which I support capital punishment.

The Constitution should not be amended to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman.

Prostitution should be legal.

The U.S. Constitution provides a right to privacy.

Laws banning sagging pants are unconstitutional. Violation of freedom of speech, not to mention probably racist. Cities have more important things to worry about.

There is no convincing evidence that a higher being exists. This is to not say I do not believe in "God" but belief is more of a matter of faith than hard evidence

Religious leaders should not speak out on political matters.

The use of contraceptives is not immoral.

Marriage should not be defined as a union between one man and one woman.

People should not stop using the n-word. Who am I to say what words someone can and cannot use if those words pose no imminent threat to society?

The legal minimum age for gambling should not be raised to 21. sound like a broken record on these types of issues but if you can die for your country at 18, should be able to throw a few bills around at the tables

The legal drinking age should be 18. agree with everyone else who thinks that if you can go die for your country you should certainly be able to have a beer

Schools should not teach Intelligent Design as a scientific theory.

The death penalty should be available in cases of child rape.

Adultery should not be criminalized.
