A significant percentage of consumers will replace all of their personal electronic devices with an iPhone. probably wont replace all of a consumers personal electronic devices, but a significant portion (ipod, phone, portable web-browsing, games, etc)...to spend $200+ on anything else doesnt seem to make much sense
