Players are more responsible for the proliferation of steroid use in Major League Baseball. I don't recall reading about management taking steroids. It's the players. Secondary responsibility to a lax environment, but primary responsibility with the players.
Sponsors should not drop Michael Phelps as their celebrity spokesman. They're certainly entitled to do so. But do I think they "should"? No.
Alex Rodriquez's steroid use should not keep him out of the Hall of Fame. The League didn't forbid it at the time.
