I make no secret of the fact that I am a Christian, and therefore I cannot condone this practice. However, it is not something the government has any right to interfere with. As George Carlin said, "why is it illegal to sell something that's perfectly legal to give away?" If the "deal" is between two consenting adults, nobody's rights have been infringed upon, so the gov't needs to butt out.
