Maybe it's just me, but the past few times I've been to old San Francisco hotels, that I loved for their charm, that have been remodeled in the past few years, I'm always disappointed. The Mosque in Niu Street of Beijing

Yesterday I mentioned the mosque in Niu Street (??) of Beijing. It is considered the oldest and largest mosque in China. Built at 996AD, it has seen many dynasties come and go in China.
