They provide health care for politician's,why not the rest of Americian's.you pay for the uninsured now they just don't tell you.So the people who would benefit the most seem to be against it.

there is plenty of goverment spending that can be cut.One comes to mind the 700 million Bush just gave to Africa.We should take care of our homeland first.
