Same-sex marriage is a civil rights issue.

Marijuana should be legal. It has many practical purposes and putting people in jail for it clogs prisons, wastes money and destroys lives.

Religious leaders should speak out on political matters. Everybody should be able to speak out about politics. The problem is when politicians speak about religion. Religion has no place in government, but politics certainly has a place in religion.
