Feminism is relevant. Conscious or not, complacent or not, acceptant or not, there still does exist a bias against women today.

The government should not regulate marriage.

Public displays of religious content should be permitted so long as they are not overly intrusive. A Jewish man should be able to stick the Star of David on his front door and a Christian woman should be allowed to wear a cross.

Freedom from discrimination based on sexual orientation should be considered a civil right. I think these questions are a little basic.

Employer non-discrimination policies should apply to sexual orientation.

There is a non-religious basis for universal principles of morality. Science. The way the universe is defined regulates the abstract known as "morality".

A couple should live together before getting married. Technically yes. There are idiosyncracies associated with living together that you may not be able to cope with. You really gotta know someone before you get married, but hey, I'm a hypocrite, I'd get married before living together no sweat =P

Man is not infallible. How can you even suggest otherwise? In my opinion this is a poor issue.
