I can't even believe people are trying to do this. 1. Has no one heard of Columbine?? If I had children in school they would be required to have a phone. 2. Is NOT having a phone really going to make kids suddenly pay attention? I don't think the device is the cause of distraction.

C'mon people. Do we REALLY think that not having a fancy little state issued card is going to stop illegals from driving? NO. At least this way they can be held accountable for any traffic mishaps and there is SOME form of documentation for them.
