Solitary confinement should be used as a form of punishment.

It would be especially useful in punishing people who have been found guilty of pre-meditated murder and sex crimes. Spending the rest of their life alone, contemplating what they have done.

The government should not regulate in-flight entertainment.

Right now they can't regulate the banking industry. Try cleaning up that mess before you start meddling in that.
