Members express their opinions on any issue, in any topic. As members build their opinion profiles - by taking stands - whereIstand lets people easily compare where they agree and disagree to friends and contacts on common issues and shared interests.
About the social network
On whereIstand.com, friends and members interract with one another through a variety of social functions. You can add contacts; request and comment on opinions; send private messages; follow other members' activity; and share opinions, issues or comparisons.
About Public Figures and Organizations
Opinions of public figures and organizations aren't submitted as a primary source. Rather, opinions are posted as evidence by other whereIstand members using information that is publicly-available on the internet. Once posted, evidence of an opinon is voted on by other whereIstand members to ensure it is reliable and representative.
