The government should not allow same-sex couples to adopt children. Woman and man were made counter each other. Children need to be raised to recognize the distinction and be influenced by both gender's qualities.

Morality and religion absolutely should play a role in public policymaking. Religion created and set the beginning of moral standards for our society. Even if people choose to not follow a religion, they must atleast acknowledge that.

There are persuasive non-religious reasons to prohibit same-sex marriage. It is the cause of AIDS and many STDs; 0% of gay men can live together in a relationship for 5+ years; 3 in 4 gay men have a STD

The Pledge of Allegiance should include the phrase "under God," because it should remain the way it was written. Regardless of what religion, we are ALL united "under God."

Public displays of religious content should be permitted; religion is an important and relevant part of the US and should not be swept under the rug. Religion is an integral part of people's lives. Not to mention the U.S. was founded on a search for religous freedom.

The Constitution should not be amended to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman. No! Homosexuality is unnatural, immoral, and perverse. Even should a "gay union" be allowed, it should be its own seperate term so that it doesn't contaminate the definition of the sacred bond between a man and a woman.
