The benefits of skin tanning (via UV light) do outweigh the risks.

Moderation in all things is key... you need exposure to UV rays, those in northern climes (like myself) benefit from the tanning both. Although, being outside during the summer months is far better!

Supply and demand is having the greatest impact on rising oil prices.

Until the U.S. shows that it is willing to produce more of it's own energy needs from oil, our prices will remain high for gas and oil.

The U.S. hasn't built a new refinery in 30 years. Part of our problem with gasoline supply is when a refinery has to be maintained, it has to shut down, lowering our capacity to produce.
