Opinions
NASA should focus on manned space flight.
Scientists should not pursue embryonic stem cell research. Adult stem cell research shows greater promise.
The U.S. should build more nuclear power plants. Energy drives our economy - the more we have, the better off we are. Nuclear power is a cleaner alternative than to coal burning power plants
Protecting potential life is more important than saving existing life. If you are unwilling to protect the life of the unborn because of some benefit drived from their death, who would be willing to protect you if your life were found to provide a benefit to someone else?
Nobody should decide whether embryonic stem cells may be used for medical research. It's too dangerous and must be prohibited.
The federal government should not subsidize the creation of new stem cell lines. There are two areas of stem cell research: embryonic and adult. It is in the adult stem cell research arena that has shown the most promise in curing disease.
There is intelligent life on other planets. I beleive there are worlds without number with creatures and beigs such as we are.
A belief in natural selection does not require a belief in evolution.
It should be illegal for scientists to develop genetically modified human embryos. For what purpose would this be done? Human life is precious, playing around with our genetic code will only cause more problems than any benefit that could be derived.
