The invasion of Iraq was lawful in consideration of the treaties signed by the United States and including the Charter of the United Nations - it did not violate any applicable laws or treaties.

There were nineteen resolutions from the UN security council that were ignored by Iraq including more than one that authorized military action if not met. That is why we went into Iraq!!!!!!!!
