When you have to protect the life and liberty of country and of those other countries necessary to your security

As long as the law allows for surveillance, they should protect those who provide the service required under the law

The United States' strategy in Iraq should be to keep military forces in Iraq until civil order is restored.

If we withdraw before civil order is completely restored, we will be back in there in another five years.
