05.28.08 | SI's Tom Verducci thinks instant replay would actually speed up baseball. Verducci says when it's a close play, the managers run out, the umps huddle and it ends up taking a long time. Verducci also says that he's not worried they'd use it on other calls. He says if MLB words the rules correctly and puts up a brick wall, they'll be OK.
