Will Win: If there is a god, this one won't be true. That said, Tony Shalhoub has racked up a number of trophies for his role as the OCD Monk -- more than we ever could have imagined. Emmy adores him, so while we've been miffed when he's won before, this time we're just hedging our bets and coming to grips with his win early.
Should Win: Alec Baldwin. He's a standout on 30 Rock, and he should win for no other reason than his stellar multiple-personality impressions of Tracy's family during a therapy session. One of the funniest things we've seen this year.
