Will Win: They like her. They really, really like her. In a field full of familiar faces, Sally Field is a shining little beacon for Emmy voters. She's on the soapy network series Brothers & Sisters, and she's not really a badass in any way.
Should Win: ...Unlike the terrifyingly good Glenn Close, who scared the bejeezus out of us in Damages. So evil. So good. But we're guessing that Emmy is leaning towards nice gals finishing first this time around.
