Will Win: Hedging our bets again with this one. James Spader has been lauded for his work on Boston Legal a number of times. We get it. It's quirky. It's a show about the law. Well, so is Eli Stone and you don't see us wanting to hand that one a prize now, do you?
Should Win: This is such a tight field that pretty much anyone who isn't Spader would be a great pick. Bryan Cranston on Breaking Bad, Michael C. Hall on Dexter, House's Hugh Laurie and Gabriel Byrne from In Treatment would all merit a prize of some sort. But Mad Men's dashingly handsome and secretive Don Draper, played by the smooth John Hamm, would really be incredible. Just think of how nice an Emmy would look, hidden in the offices of Sterling Cooper.
