Steve Phillips: I don't think he gets 20 wins this season, and I don't think he gets into the Hall of Fame. He's had a good career, but he's not the best of the best. He certainly deserves recognition for a very good career, but he falls short of guys who aren't in either, like Tommy John or Bert Blyleven. The lack of Cy Young awards certainly factors in to this.
