The U.S. should not set a timetable to withdraw troops from Iraq. Aderholt voted to oppose "arbitrary withdrawal or redeployment date."
The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act is constitutional. I was a cosponsor of this legislation banning partial birth abortions, a brutal, barbaric procedure that I believe is simply unconscionable.
Parental Notification should be required in the abortion decision of a minor. I co-sponsored this particular bill that strengthened parental notification laws.
