haven't given this much thought. Off the top of my head, here goes ...
AL East: Rays. Young. Well-rounded. Built for the long haul. No one-hit wonders here.
AL Central: Twins. Always overlooked. Always fundamentally sound.
AL West: Angels. Should dominate a pansy division.
AL Wildcard: Red Sox. Just enough pitching to get in, but plenty of pitching to go deep in the postseason.
AL Champion: Red Sox
NL East: Mets. Deep bullpen gets it done. No collapses this year. Until the playoffs.
NL Central: Cubs. Best team in the majors, top to bottom.
NL West: D-Backs. A little more pitching than the Dodgers.
NL wildcard: Dodgers. Manny bulls his way back to the postseason.
NL Champion: Cubs
World Series Champion: Cubs. The curse of Fred Merkle finally ends, 101 years later.
