Freedom from discrimination based on sexual orientation should not be considered a civil right.

It's a choice, and the only lack of discrimination civil right that I am aware of based on a choice is that of religion.

Freedom from discrimination based on sexual orientation should be considered a civil right.

It shouldn't be on the Constitution, but that is something that employers shouldn't be asking about anyway.
