A student bail out. If the students do well , they are rewarded with scholarships, grants, and eventually, better paying careers.

That's just insane. A person should be paid more for actually doing the job they're hired for? Perhaps the better incentive is being allowed to KEEP your job... There are a lot of unemployed teache...
