Smoking should be prohibited in all indoor public places.

Our public health policies are ridiculous. Smoking's legal but we ban less addictive substances that do less harm (e.g., marijuana). A smoking ban protects us from smokers committing suicide.

The government's interest in public health trumps the property rights of the entity operating a public enterprise.

Until about 25 years ago 70+ percent of the adult population of the United States smoked.
