People who view child pornography should not be prosecuted criminally. It seems odd that you can be charged as a criminal for passively looking at something.
Downloading copyrighted material over the Internet without the owner's consent should be legal. How are you supposed to enjoy something if you can't download it?
Feminism is relevant. I still see sexism being prevalent in the work place.

The government should allow same-sex couples to adopt children. There currently is no evidence to suggest that a child raised by same sex parents is at any disadvantage.
Laws banning sagging pants are unconstitutional. I don't think there is anything in the constitution about sagging pants, but I do believe it could fall under the whole "freedom of expression" thing. It really depends on the circumstance.
The verdict in the Sean Bell case was not appropriate.
Marijuana should be legal.
Minors should be exempt from the death penalty.
An atheist can be spiritual.
God is not just.
There are no circumstances under which law enforcement should be privatized.
Atheism is not a religion.
A world without religion would be better.
Doubt cannot be part of faith.
There are significant differences between the cognitive abilities of men and women.
Gender is not a social construct.
No-fault divorce should be available to couples.
Raising children is not the primary purpose of marriage.
Homosexuality is not a choice.
