SEN. GRAVEL: End the war is the first one, and I would help initiate that, and if I were president I would have only one vote. The second thing is that you could do away with the electoral college. You could turn around and have term limits on the members of Congress – 12 years for a senator, three- or four-year terms for the House, and 12 years for every federal judge including the Supreme Court of the United States.
