Absolutely. The only reason it's not is because the govt. hasn't been able to regulate it. It's less harmful, and less addictive than alcohol, which the govt. makes BUKU dollars on.

he's still groovier.. I do the air drum to "In the Air Tonight" , I also love that scene from "Say Anything" when he's standing outside, in the rain, with "In Your Eyes" playing. BUT I'm going to have to go with Phil on this one
