Amazingly, none of the right wingers realize that violence in Iraq went down earlier this year because we negotiated with resistance leaders, who turned on the few foreign jihadists dead enders that were causing everyone in Iraq grief. It was the "surge" or more force. The same people tend to forget that Iran helped us take the Taliban down back in 2001.
