    "Faith-based groups should be allowed to compete for and receive federal funds, provided that they do not in any way impose their religious beliefs on those receiving their services," Sununu said. "Allowing funds to go to successful programs, regardless of who administers them and without infringement on citizens' constitutional rights, is sound social and fiscal policy."
