Doctors and researchers should decide whether embryonic stem cells may be used for medical research. Let the doctors decide. As long as no living being is harmed it is fine.
There is intelligent life on other planets. Given the sheer size of the universe, I imagine it is possible to find another planet similar to Earth.
Psychologists should not be able to prescribe medication. Psychologists should work together with psychiatrists in this case because they are not qualified if they don't have the credentials and if they do then they are a psychologist and a psychiatrist. I don't want a proctologist to perform open heart surgery
The shape of the Earth is round. Actually, it is not round the way you think. We are standing on the inside of the earth.
Ghosts do not exist. At this time there is no scientific evidence to say they exist and if there was evidence then someone would have claimed the Randi prize and would have evidence that could change the world as a whole.
Human beings are still evolving. If the theory of evolution is true then humans must be evolving because all life evolves and adapts it just happens very slowly.
Scientists should pursue embryonic stem cell research. This is research that can only serve to help mankind. Did the lungfish refuse to breathe air? It did not. It crept forth boldly while its brethren remained in the blackest ocean abyss, with lidless eyes forever staring at the dark, ignorant and doomed des
The federal government should subsidize the creation of new stem cell lines. This is important research that has potential to improve everyone's health and well-being and advance the field of medicine.
The U.S. should build more nuclear power plants. Nuclear Power is a good thing. It is now safer than ever. If you are scared of Chernobyl then ask me in comments and I'll give you the details on that.
