It doesnt have a responsibility because it is what they want to do. The media is not the government or parents. If they want to show a girl smoking crack on everything they do, its fine. Im not saying...

That could result in accidents such as a distracting giggle or maybe a shocked person getting loud and storming out. Even if those dont happen it is still rude.
