We desperately need domestic sources of oil, and there is plenty of it in ANWR. And newer drilling technologies allow for safer drilling with less environmental impact than in past years. Enough said....

It should not have to come to that. We need to keep the Strategic Petroleum Reserve ready for true emergency situations. We don't need to tap into it because there is oil available, but Congress just ...
