Local and state governments should not be able to use eminent domain to acquire and transfer properties that have public benefits for private uses.

They should not have the right, in the Land of the Free, to take what is not theirs just because they think it may be used to generate more tax revenu...

The U.S. should allow drilling in Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR).

We are way too dependent on foreign oil and need to tap into domestic oil finds like those in Alaska (ANWR)
