I like your wording - here is where there may be two questions:

1) Your phraseology asks whether Biden's reactions and answers to the questions were appropriate.

2) There is also the question of whether it was appropriate for Obama-Biden to suspend all future interviews and advertising with WFTV and the Orlando Sentinal.

Although these are two separate questions it may be overkill to ask both, but maybe not.

Good issue. I don't think this issue has much staying power but the YouTube video has over a million views so it's certainly being talked about now.
