yeah, I'm never a fan of these medical "link" issues, but they seemed to have worked in the past with the vaccine issues.

I think this should be fine, but the evidence will be based on various studies more so than anything else. And that would be O.K. with me.

Does alcohol consumption increase your risk of developing a type of cancer?
definitely like the "is there a link",
We could also go the route of:
Is there a link between alcohol consumption and the development of cancer?
Just another idea to throw out there...

I don't think we should go the "risks outweigh benefits" route here, unless we're specifically talking about red wine, which (as far as I know) is the only alcoholic beverage that's supposed to have medicinal qualities. Well, that and NyQuil.
I can see how we wouldn't find many "No" stands for "Does alcohol consumption increase the risk of developing cancer?" because no one knows for sure.
Maybe, "Is it probable (or likely) that alcohol consumption increases the risk of cancer?"

Web MD says increase in alcohol consumption promotes Breast Cancer
Cancer Research UK is even more broad its assertion as alcohol as a culprit for many different types of cancers
I'm having trouble actually finding anyone on record that says unequivocally it does not.
Instead: Do the risks of alcohol consumption outweigh its benefits?
Set as news: False
