There's a fine line between "open-ended" and "vague"... I can't decide if this issue crosses it.

I really don't like these 'US Economy' questions; I don't like questions that center around vague terms like that one. Similarly, I don't know what exactly 'business practices' is supposed to mean. What I do know is that it's plural, and that it should agree with its verb: do, not does.
Propose an issue in this topic. Editors determine when to approve or reject issues based on community feedback and the following guidelines:
1. Can reasonable people disagree? 2. Is the issue is relevant? 3. Is the language free from bias?
