    Back in October, Sarkozy called for this.

     

    FYI, Australia and USA are countries that haven't ratified the treaty, so it might ruffle some feathers in those countries if they do this. The EU environmental ministry is meeting April 11th. No rush to approve, but thought I'd get this up for discussion
