Should voters be restricted to their registered party in a primary election?

<p>This is a timely issue. In Virginia (where registration is not required) one party has just been attempting to require proof of registration in order to vote in their primary.</p> <p>However, I believe the spelling should be changed from <strong>primary's</strong> to <strong>primaries</strong>.</p>
