    JZipp's got it right, most of the evidence posted for the original issue is geared only towards seniors, not just people that can't afford them.

    Brian, I think Ryan was referring to that issue when he was arguing that it's too broad when dealing with evidence specifically geared towards seniors. It's a somewhat flawed issue in that sense.

    I feel like the wording of the original question "for people who cannot afford them" is proving to be too broad, and all the evidence deals with seniors specifically.
