Okay, are we settled?
Original version: Does the outcome of the Writers Guild of America strike justify the duration? Is the outcome worth it?

I like "Was the WGA strike worth it?" myself.
Here's an LATimes piece, by Scott Collins entitled "Yes, the strike was worth it." I think this wording will yield more evidence than the others suggested.
And here's a post by Newsday blooger Verne Gay entitled "Writers Strike: Worth It?" OK, he doesn't exactly answer the question, but that's the way it's being discussed.

I like "Was the writers' strike worth it?" Pithy, almost conversational, and I think people know what it means.
I like going the "what effect way"...
If everyone is breaking this down to who won and lost then fine. Otherwise, how about...
What effect will the writer's strike outcome have on the entertainment industry?
LATimes wrap up:
THERE'S no real way to gauge who "won" the tumultuous 100-day-long writers strike that ended over the weekend, pending official ratification by Writers Guild membership.
Goldstein actually doesn't take a stand at all, claiming it's too soon to tell.
I actually like the, "Was the writer's strike worth it?" wording....is that too biased? The 'who won' issue is also good.
A lot of people in their "who won" analysis end up breaking down pros/cons for both sides and not specifically answering that question.
Maybe "Was the Writers Guild of America strike successful?" or "How will the resolved Writers Guild of America strike effect the Entertainment industry?"
Good questions. We have to cut it down to one question though to make this issue work.
