Many countries list Hamas as a terrorist organization and many don't. I've ready opposing views on this lately of several public figures on the site. Certainly, many passionate opinions will fly on this issue.
I think it's fair to leave it general. Maybe a very informed few clarifies military verus political in their opinion but only the UK and Australia list the Hamas "military wing" as a terrorist organization. Many countries like the U.S., Canada, Japan, Israel, Jordan and most of Europe list Hamas, generally, as a terrorist organization.

Pakistan is carefully reviewing the evidence sent by India and has initially rejected the accusation. this is a developing story. Just something we should keep our ear to the ground on.
Sorry, last call!
Besides India, apparently. I'm still okay putting this up.

and then there's this smoking gun:
Well, my point was that no one is actually accusing the Pakistani government of being involved in the attacks. If that was definitely the case and everyone agreed they'd be lobbing missiles at each other right now.
I like this issue. Is there any reason to distinguish between the Hamas military and political wings? Or is this question meant to take both into accoutn?
I suggest adding in "overall effect."
