Agreed...
We need a "should he be impeached"
and
"is there evidence the president committed an impeachable offense?"
i'm all for opening it up to:Should President George W. Bush be impeached?let the reasons in favor and against come out in blog entries.i do not think it's moot.

Yeah, I don't think this is a moot question anymore either... but why tie this specifically to the invasion/WMD question? I'm in favor of simply "Should Bush be impeached?"
I know that President Bush lied to invade Iraq. He used faulty information in order to invade Iraq. The information was faulty and it was all wrong. Now, I do not think that he should be impeached. That is kind fo going on the radical side of the spectrum and I am not like that. I am a Democrat but not one of those radical ones that think the President should be impeached. He needs to come clean with what he did though. He has admited that the information behind it was faulty, but he needs to admit that he lied to the American people.

How about a combination of the two?If President Bush intentionally misled the public about intelligence concerning Saddam Hussein's capacity to procure WMD's, should Congress impeach him?orIf President Bush intentionally misled the public about intelligence confirming the existence of WMD's in Iraq, should Congress impeach him?

What about "Should President George W. Bush be impeached?"That will match it to the "Will President George W. Bush be impeached?" question and since there's a few issues on the table that might lead him there, we should open this question up.
I don't think the question is moot at all. Moreover, I think it's important. I think Jacki's phrasing of the question is the best one posted.
I kind of feel that "If Congress concludes" is such a monumentally big if, it almost renders this question moot. There isn't a chance in hell for that to happen, IMHO, despite the theatrics of Brother Reid.
sorry, i just caught my own passive voice. change my last phrase, "should congress impeach the pres.?"
nick's revised phrasing is a bit cumbersome to me. how about:if congress concludes that Bush intentionally misled the public about intelligence concerning Saddam Hussein's capacity to procure WMD's, should the Pres. be impeached? (maybe mine is too cumbersome as well).

Based on what I said in #4023##this post#, I would reword this:If President Bush deliberately mislead Americans into believing he had certain knowledge regarding Iraqi WMD that he did not, in fact, have, should Congress impeach him?
